RESPONSIBILTIES
• Responsible for Project Handling for machineries from Tech-long Packaging Machinery Co. Ltd (China), Sacmi (Italy), Dimac(Italy), Pai Tech(Taiwan).
• Hands on experience in Installation of machineries, interpret blueprints, technical drawings and computer generated reports, resolve motor, pump, conveyor and pneumatic problems,
• Align and assemble mechanical and electrical components for the machineries, dealing with various field instruments for temperature, pressure, weight, timers, counters etc.
• Developing, testing and make modifications to the mechanical parts/equipments.
• Schedule and monitor all the activities to for Project Installation, Commissioning and Servicing.
• Making site visits for effective coordination in site work execution and proper implementation of the adopted system.
• Keeping abrupt relations with the vendors for purchase, tech - support & service to ensure business continuity.
• Assist in design of site layouts, update drawings and safety standards on sites.
• Coordinate all technical issues raised by the Project/Site technicians..
• Carrying out inspection tests for software’s & control panels determining the effectiveness of the same & keeping in view the performance, safety & quality standards
Project Handled :
1. Dala Water Factory, Wadi Al Dawasir, KSA (2014) - Complete line integration of packaged mineral water. Line speed 36, 000 BPH from blow molding to palletizing.
2. Megha Bottling (Shankar Group), Puttur, India (2014) - Complete line integration of carbonated soft drink (CSD line). Line speed 18, 000 BPH from syrup room to shrink packing machine
3. Adani wilmar ltd Alwar Rajasthan, India(2014) - Complete line integration of packaged edible oils bottling project. Line speed 24, 000 BPH from blow molding to palletizier..
4. Tania Water Factory, Al Kharj, KSA(2015)- Complete line integration of packaged mineral water. Line speed 43, 200 BPH from blow molding to palletizing.
5. Hilwa Water Factory, Al Jurf, KSA(2015) - Complete line integration of packaged mineral water. Line speed 54, 000 BPH from blow molding to palletizing
MAKS AUTOMATION PVT LTD, KERALA, INDIA (From June 2012 to November 2013) as Electrical Engineer/ Technical support in production.MAKS AUTOMATION PVT LTD, is one of the leading companies in manufacturing of Automatic Packaging Machineries and Conveyor systems in India.
RESPONSIBILTIES
• Project handling of Automatic Packaging Machines dealt with the manufacturing of machinery consisting of - Sleeve Wrapping Machines, Shrink Tunnel, Tray Formers and Conveyor systems.
• Erection, Commissioning and Installation of the machine at the customers’ site.
• Conducting Trials and ensuring the smooth working of the finished machines before dispatch of machine to the customers’ site.
• User manual designing and customer interaction.
Project Handled :
1. Part of team for manufacturing of packaging machinery for companies like of DABUR INDIA PVT LTD, GREEN VALLEY AQUA MINERALS, NUTRINE CONFECTIONERY, AMARARAJA BATTRIES, Mr. BUTLERS.
2. Installed packaging machinery in ELMAC FOODS, WEST BENGAL, and TATA GLOBAL BEVERAGES HARYANA UNIT.
3. Technical Support in the Manufacturing and designing of Conveyor System for TATA Global Beverages, Rohtak, Haryana.
B.E (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from AMS College of Engineering under Anna University, Tamil Nadu (Passed out in 2012 with Aggregate of 80%) 12th from Marthoma Higher Secondary School , Pathanamthitta under Kerala State board with an aggregate of 86% ( Passed out in March 2008) 10th from Marthoma Higher Secondary School , Pathanamthitta under Kerala State board with an aggregate of 89% (Passed out in March 2006 )
