Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting & Preparing Risk assessments as per Method Statements.

• Joining senior leadership (Client) site EHS walkdown as HSE representative of Company.

• Writing contents of safety slogans as well as making & pasting signs in designated areas for workforce

• Give guidance and advice to site engineers, supervisors, and foreman on all work related HSE issues.
• Making & Reporting Incident Investigation and near miss reports.
• Preparation of preliminary and project HSE Management plans for contracts.
• Maintaining database of training details of all employees of the company.
• Making environmental assessment for the specific jobs & carrying out COSHH assessment for chemicals.

• Managing Third Party Trainings and Maintaining database of training details for all employees of the
company.
• Writing contents of safety slogans as well as making & pasting signs in designated areas for workforce
awareness about HSE.
• Give guidance and advice to site engineers, supervisors, and foreman on all work related HSE issues.

Applying standard Safety procedures within the organization.
• Maintaining high level of Safety standards at all workplaces.
• Assessing the risk areas and categorizing and selection of safety signs accordingly.
• Writing contents of safety slogans and pasting signs in designated areas.
• Supervising a team of firefighters and safety assistants.
• Doing risk assessments for various activities.
• Giving the training to all technical staff to handle the emergency.
• Report writing of any abnormality in plant/equipment/machinery because of safety equipment’s.
• Handling and checking the Work Permits and tagging the work area accordingly.
• Coordination with all other departments regarding safety issues and concerns.
• Regularly monitoring safety equipment’s and taking appropriates action wherever required.
• Responding to any emergency timely, taking proper measures.
• Conducted the presentation and discussions on safety standards and operating procedure.
• Conduct regular safety meetings, e.g., toolbox talks, safety circles.
• Investigate incidents and high potential near misses.
• Conduct monthly fire, first aid and evacuation drills.
• Safety inductions & seminar orientation for new employees.
• Always maintain a professional and pleasant working relationship with all superiors and peers.
