Responsible for instituting and defining supply and demand activities including but not limited to: Capacity planning, forecasting, strategic inventory planning and the like. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine strategic inventory levels, resource constraints and mitigation plans to ensure delivery commitments are met. Oversee the operations to ensure all productions are streamline with the production plan and schedules. Communicate with the Warehouse to ensure raw & packing materials are ready and available to use for production. Coordinate with the Store lead for the planning and preparation of raw & packing material required for the production of new batches and quantity of finished goods produced in a daily basis. Ensure maximum utilization of production plant and update the changes in capacity on timely manner and take appropriate action for maximum utilization of each production plant.
Designated as Senior Production Planning Executive with ownership as a core SAP user preparing accurate BPS reports, UAT, dashboards and remains responsible for Production planning and outsourcing of Tiles Manage day to day activities of the production planners and their performance to support delivery and financial objectives. Establish production schedules and assessments of lead times of each operation to meet delivery and financial commitments. Analyze established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Confer with marketing and sales to determine sales forecasts and inputs for planning Prevision. Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. Prepare and maintain statistical reports. Utilize computerized inventory and materials requirements system to support company operations. Research and resolve problems connected to production scheduling and planning.
