In this most recent role, I am overseeing all logistics and fulfilment processes while managing a high-performing staff of 275 people, three warehouses, 50K Pallets & bandwith of 35K SKU's. . I schedule and organize monthly management meetings with the CEO to evaluate operations strategy, discuss monthly operations performance, and recommend productive corrective measures. I co-ordinate with the SnOP Team, conduct inventory audits, quality checks, and critically review trends in product movement to prevent unintended shrinkage.
List of my major accomplishments during this role include:
• Partnered with teams of IB logistics, inbound, outbound, sort, and preparation to review daily demand and streamline day to day business operations of fulfillment.
• Actively contributed to effective management of fund operations, maximize best utilization, and increase efficiency through proactive co-ordination with stakeholders on overall budgeting and resource allocation activities.
• Set operational / functional objectives, developed control measures to evaluate how well staff monitored the daily operational reports in terms of sales, variable costs, and exceptional costs.
• Examined monthly profit and loss variations, whilst creating and recommending remedial actions as required.
• Recognized for decreasing operating costs (Fulfillment & Logistics) to 28% in the first quarter of 2022.

With this company, I've created, defined, and implemented policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence & also managed and updated day-to-day inventory in system with high level of accuracy.
