1. Make yearly Preventive Maintenance plan, Schedule, Procurement & Overall execution within factory constraints.
2. Make annual budget for all type of Maintenance and Spare parts including the purchasing of new machines.
3. Managing and Supervising third party maintenance work for Factory and Warehouses.
4. Managing quotations, Purchase requests for all maintenance work.
5. First-hand experience of Filling machines, Chilling and Filtration machines and Packaging machines.
6. Design, Installation of MV, LV systems, low current system, DBs, Disconnect switches, and Panels.
7. Cable size calculation, load calculation, cable scheduling & route selection.
8. Installation & maintenance of electrical control systems, and interface with civil works, and structures.
9. Repair and Maintenance of existing pumps and Equipment.

11. Experience conducting inspections and tests on electrical systems and equipment.
12. Acquire spare parts and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
13. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
14. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed, Engineering Documentation, Technical Documentation Reports.
15. Familiar and have experience of Riyadh Local Market spare part Procurement and Fabrications.
16. Ensure adherence to all health and Safety Standards and Report issues.
1. Operated and make maintenance of Injection machine, Bottle Blowing machine, Water Filling machine, Chillers, De-Humidifier and Compressors.
2. Worked on Low current and voltage (single and three phase) lines and instruments.
3. Worked on Installation of Electrical Panels, Disconnect Switches, Cable laying and Cable termination, along with installation of cable trays, conduits, cable Lugs, sleeves and glanding.
4. Worked on different Relays, Magnetic contactors, MCCB breakers, Timers, Inverter.
5. Worked on Electrical equipment’s (Temperature and Pressure sensors, Proximity sensors, Actuator, Pneumatic and Hydraulic solenoid valves, Pneumatic air regulator valves and cylinders, Limit switches, Low and High-Level switches)
6. Have experience of PU, Split unit and Tower unit AC maintenance.
7. Make record for all spare part available in stock.
8. Worked on Operation and Maintenance of 10-Bar and 40-Bar Compressors.
9. Monitored Operated parameters and recorded operated data production, pressures, temperatures, alarms, and other information related to the safe operation of all the machines.
10. Maintained daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
1. Worked on Aramco project 3132-3137 and 3176 for the replacement of AHUs, PUs, ducts, cladding, HV electrical wires and Disconnect switches.
2. Review project requirements, client specifications and Drawings.
3. Identifying the material as per the standard drawings and specifications. • Submitting the transmittal for taking the approval for Vendor list.
4. Raise the RFI for taking the approval for material.
5. Preparing RFI for site preparation.
6. Review quality of all material at site and ensure compliance to Saudi ARAMCO specifications.
7. On-Site Management and obtaining a required work permit and necessary approval to start the site execution daily.
8. Preparing site progress reports and material arriving notice and doing inspection with main contractor, QA/QC Engineers, and consultants.
9. Conducting a toolbox meeting to maintain a good work at site.
10. Supervising excavation & back pulling, installation of HVAC cables, conduits, disconnect switches and AHUs.
11. Ensuring the inspection activities carried out as per Saudi Aramco Standards.
