Receiving the new material/goods, checking the items as per purchase order.
▪ GRN items with Maximo software and locating the item properly in the location.
▪ Issuing the material according to the drilling requirements and processing in the
system regularly.
▪ Checking each returned material according to the loading note and processing
in the system and keeping proper location.
▪ Make periodical checks between records and actual stock and investigate any
discrepancies
▪ Arranging good warehouse, handling equipment, care the proper and damaged
material and maintain the stock level up to date.
Arranging the material/goods received in proper location provided for each item
in the warehouse.
▪ Issuing the material according to the drilling requirements in liaison with the
Storekeeper
▪ Checking each returned material according to the loading note and reporting to
the storekeeper
▪ Assisting storekeeper in all the activities for the movement of goods both in yard
as well as in warehouse
▪ Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations
Loading and offloading drilling items.
▪ Open new items boxes and inspecting properly.
▪ Lifting materials with proper belt.
▪ Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
