Snapshot: Respansible for Electro-mechanical works execution of Lanthana Villa’s Phase 2 (164nos of Luxury Villas) which was constructed in a short duration of project life cycle, which was one of challenge in the time frame of project execution and stake holder’s coordination including Testing and commsiioning & phase vise handover as per end user satisfaction.
2. Extension of Accident and Trauma Care Center, Rashid Hospital.
Umm Al Hurair, Dubai.
Snapshot: A most challenging job in the project life cycle for the building extension of additional two floors including 63nos ICU’s and 77nos patient rooms for fully k8functional trauma center @ Rashid hospital of all advanced medical and electromechanical, ELV and Medical systems including Integration with the existing hospital in a short duration of time.

Snapshot: Electro-mechanical part of the residential cum commercial building project belongs to M/s Dayaar properties, the challenge in the successful completion of the project including testing and commissioning part of the systems and change request implementation as per the authority regulation update.
4. B+G+4 Floor Residential Building, Condor Castle @JV, Dubai.
Snapshot: Electro-mechanical part of 87 residential apartment building, belongs tok8 M/s. Condor Properties, challenges the execution part of the project and change request implementation as per the enterprise environmental factors. .
5. 2B+G+6 &3 Floor Makateb Office Building @ IMPZ, Dubai. Snapshot: Electro-mechanical part of 2 Nos Of G+6 and G+3 Floor with Common 2 basement floor each building, belongs to M/s TECOM challenges the execution and testing commissioning part including change request implementation as per authority regulation update.

Snapshot: Electro-mechanical part of new petroleum product filling station with 6 Nos of filling points including its safety system for the constructed filling station belongs to /s. ADNOC challenges are the execution part in the constrained allocated area in a short project life cycle.

Snapshot: Responsible for System Operation including Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Medium Voltage Electrical distribution plant of 13.8kV, 750MVA & 500MVA Bus Bar main control Center, 2Nos of 24 MW Gas Turbine Generator With Mark III controller including 57 numbers of MV Distribution Transformer Station (DTS 13.8kV/380Vsubstation), different capacities 47no’s of Emergency Diesel Generators with Automatic Change Over system &its battery backup for the electrical system in the Al-Imam Islamic University Campus, in co-ordination with SCECO -KSA Control (132kV to 13.8kV).
Designing, installation and testing commissioning of newly constructed 175000 M2 water storage tank including its pumping and distribution system and newly constructed Building site at Al-Imam Islamic University, Riyadh, KSA.
