Selected Accomplishments:
Expanded client base by 100% in three years by consistently delivering goal-surpassing marketing results and ensuring complete client satisfaction. Done a monthly average loan disbursements of 75 Lakes to 1Cr, against a monthly target of 50 Lakes.
Closed new accounts as a member of business-development team, including Current A/c, SB A/c etc along with Mutual Fund and Bank assurance
• Co-ordination with Tata Commercial vehicle and passenger car dealers for control over trade advance and for new business acquisition. Conduct various events like road show along with dealers to promote business and acquisition of new customers and ensure nil NPA status in collection
• Attend cash counter, cash remittance at Bank and all other back office related works like maintaining accounts, M I S reporting to Head Office.
• Acquisition of new vehicle loan business and ensure 100 % collection of defaulted EMI’s.
