* Define the resource forecast and analysis, business realization management
(Adoption rate & benefit register), Issue management, stakeholder management;
communications and project integrations.
* Implement the change control process across all projects and portfolios.
* Define and implement project tendering and vendor selection criteria.
* Lead the program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies
between programs and working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives
of the executive leadership team.
Create a qualitative change sustainability process to measure sustainability on a
periodic basis (PIR).

* Organize workshops to identify areas of improvement for projects, documenting
recommendations and presenting them to the GASCO Management.
* Consolidation and analysis of the data collected from program status information,
comparing results with baseline and communicating status to the management for
review and support.
* Issue Monthly report to the Senior Management and the whole Division on the DRI
progress reports and address any issues or upcoming risks.
* Continuously improve the reports with new techniques and encourage project
management best practices amongst the team.
IT- PMO COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managed Projects to roll out new PMO Processes and Imitative and improve
accountability of Project Manager and Key Project Stakeholders as a whole.
* Responsible to review all planned and unplanned projects and endorse/reject with
the involvement of IT projects Board. Provide support to PM’s on
development/approval of Projects Templates e.g. Business cases, etc…
* Align projects objectives with strategic objectives by promoting Projects
Management best practices.
* Streamline existing PMO Structure and Project Management Practices within IT
Department. Introduced Qualitative Metrics to govern project progress and
improve over all reporting.
* Co-ordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives. Managing project risks,
issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project.
* Control and evaluate any changes to the project’s scope, deliverables, timescales,
and resources and obtain approval prior to implementation.
* Report Projects progress on regular basis to IT Projects Board, including key risks
and achievements and manage/maintain all top issues/Risks in the Projects
Issues/Risk Register.
* Ensures proper project closure and help the PM to evaluate project success and
improve the process by analysing any gaps in the current process which may have
affected the project success factors. Also carryout Post Implementation Reviews.
* Provides awareness sessions to the Technical teams to improve Project planning
and schedules.
• Worked in the capacity of transition Manager on project and handled the complete transition project life cycle from planning to handover to Service Delivery team- validated solution; project planning, budgeting; KT; stake-holder coordination; skill identification and recruitment of team members; created statement of work, run books; handover to service delivery and obtain delivery sign-off.
• Worked on multiple transformation projects in the capacity of project manager and project coordinator. Involved with project planning, budgeting, effort estimation, skill identification, team formation, stake-holder coordination, metrics identification and roll-out, mile-stone identification and subsequent tracking, quality control, client feedback recipient, internal and external IT audits etc.
• Have been accountable and independently handled multi-million dollar Infrastructure transformation project.
• Have been involved in projects that had both Infrastructure and BPO service offerings at Lowell, MA, United States.
• Performance appraisal/review and rating exercise; supervision of career development plan of the team members as a Career Counselor with the aim of maximizing employee satisfaction.
PROPOSE AND IMPLEMENT NEW MODEL OF SERVICE DELIVERY IN A RUNNING CONTRACT
Build and deploy project was being handled at
Commoditization and standardization of Level 2 work (10 member)
to be delivered through a mix of Level 1 (8 member) and Level 2
Set-up Off-shore delivery capability for the transfer of highly
confidential files between our Investment banking client and their customers.
Global rollout of Windows Vista for a pharmaceutical MNC involving
multiple locations, multiple languages, creation of temporary service desk.
Around 2500 Wintel and Linux servers underwent like to like refresh
or upgrades at various client datacenters
