From June 2013 till date, at Central Market Redevelopment project, Abu Dhabi. The Contract value is AED 4.0 Billion. I have been assigned with the task of Contract closeout formalities.
From November 2011 up to May 2013, at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology Phase 1 B Project at Abu Dhabi. The contract value is AED 1 Billion
From November 2009 up to November 2011, at Rosewood Hotel Project at Sowwah Island Abu Dhabi. The contract value is AED 780 Million.
Duties and Responsibilities are described and not limited to the following
Assist the Commercial manager in drafting of contractual correspondences
Manage the day-to-day activities of the project quantity surveying department including delegating and managing team of quantity surveyors
Making updates of revenue and budget, Preparation of cash flow statements, weekly and monthly cost control reports, Cost to Complete (CTC) reports etc.
Co-ordinate with project engineers and other departments of the project for maintaining proper records and informing the QS department which is required for contractual correspondence and pricing of additional works and variations.
Preparation of interim payment applications & variation claims to the client and further follow ups with them for the timely certification.

The estimated value of the project was USD 800 million
