To ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems. Install, upgrade and support the desktops, laptops, VMWare, MS Office tools and e-mails, printers, network copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity. Mentored 20 graduate trainees on the existing Ministry of Interiors official website framework and technology. Delivered proper guidance and support giving complete project overview, discussions. Creating users, groups & distribution lists in Active Directory and assigning rights to users on File Server. Support for network related activities. Assisted the graduates to create the new proposed system and tutoring SQL queries to access, read and write in database. Provide advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal services.
