To make weekly production plan as per market demand.
•To instruct the section leader and shift in-charges about daily activities.
•To conduct staff training on SOP's and processes.
•Review the MBR's and departmental SOP's.
•To manage and report monthly waste KPI of the site to regional head.
•To work on track-wise deviation of production floor.
•Leading the department in regional EHS audits, global quality audit and routine DRAP inspections.
•To maintain department inventory.
•To ensure that all the activities in manufacturing departments are running properly & according to production schedule and requirements.
•To ensure that all operations are performed according to the respective POIs
& all departmental SOPs are being followed.
•To provide training to the departmental staff and keeping the records.
•To co-ordinate with the production, Q.C, ware-house and engineering departments for smooth running of the production.
•Responsible to look after all activities (Mfg. & Pkg) in absence of concerned departmental officer and also in different shifts when assigned.
.Handling other departmental issues which require urgency and rapid action.
•Achieving standard goals of Packaging as per Schedule.
•Maintaining GMP standards in Liquid Department.
.To ensure batch reconciliation & to investigate any discrepancies with a view to protect any product pilferage.
•To ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygienic conditions in the packaging section.
• To supervise the whole packaging in process.
• Documenting MBR and labeling related in-process batches of Pkg.
•To maintain cleaning log sheets of packaging.
•Documenting other departmental in- process records.
•To raise work order for preventive maintenance work.
•Handling other departmental issues which require urgency and rapid action.
•Achieving standard goals of Packaging as per Schedule.
•Maintaining GMP standards in Liquid Department.
•To follow daily manufacturing & packaging program according to production schedule.
•To ensure that GMP standards are maintained and Company’s procedures are followed during the Manufacturing & packaging’.
•To control the yield and man-hours of every batch within budgetary standards.
•To maintain discipline in the department by exercising disciplinary control and coordinate with Administration Department to seek any assistance if needed.
•To instruct, train and direct the workers to improve their technical skills and maximize their performance and efforts to improve the efficiency of the packaging section.
•To conduct and help in yearly Audits and to make it successful
