Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors and managing 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports, responsible for the leaderships of finance, accounting, administration and human resource management for the group of companies comprising:
o Contracting & Industrial Trading, Saudi Arabia
o Telematics solution & services, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan.
o Bottled Water Factory, Saudi Arabia
o Food Trading, Bahrain
o Industrial Catering & Restaurants, Bahrain
o Spare Parts Dealership of Fords & General Motors, Saudi Arabia
• Took company from start up to commercialisation and managed the finance, administration, procurement, human resources, legal and commercial operations.
• Human Resource Management including recruitment and selection, labour law management, GOSI & Nitaqat laws adherence and payroll.
• Tax and Regulatory Management for the Group including VAT, Zakat, GOSI and banking laws and implementation of VAT in Saudi Arabia.
• Preparation of feasibilities for business opportunities in Saudi Arabia and execution of two projects comprising Telematics & Industrial Trading. Undertaking M&A for the bailing out of a distressed business unit.
Worked as CFO of Callem group consisted of four (04) L.L.C. companies. The Group is involved in Channel Distribution of Zain & Virgin telecom products throughout KSA via Retail Outlets. Company also operates its branded outlets for sale of Handsets & devices. Company is also providing Fleet management solution. Reporting to CEO.

Pak Gulf (PGCL) is a Construction company engaged in building & operation of a Multi-use tower project including a 5 Star Hotel, Shopping Mall, residential units and corporate Offices. Approx total cost is USD 0.7 Billion. Responsible for the overall internal audit function of the Company, Reporting to the Board of Directors.
Also worked as Acting CFO for six months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare Internal Audit Manual and reviewed all polices & procedures of the company for improvement.
• Directs audit staff in the planning updating comprehensive risk based audit plan, organizing, directing and monitoring of Internal Audit operations, including assisting in hiring, training and evaluating staff.
• Identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk exposures.
• Appraises adequacy/ suitability of internal control systems.
• Review of policies and procedures and communicating suggested changes to the BoD.
• Ensures constant compliance with established internal control procedures established by senior management by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Proactively promote effective internal controls to mitigate the risk of fraud and error
• Verbally communicate the results of audit to the Board of Directors, draft & submit comprehensive and complete reports of audit.
• Monitor and follow-up the corrective actions taken by the management in response of the recommendation given in the internal audit report.
• Focus on the financial, tax, treasury and IT areas of the business
• Coordinate the internal audit effort with those of the company external auditors
• Ensure that senior management and board are aware of current issues related to all areas covered by internal audit department including financial controls, corporate governance and internal audit matters.
• Lead or manage internal investigations in accordance with the company policies, protocol in cooperation with the legal counsel.
Mian Livestock Farms is engaged in Agriculture business in Pakistan. Mainly involved in “environmentally controlled poultry farms”, “Dairy farms” and agriculture farming. Completed a green field project of “Environmentally Controlled Poultry Farm” and handed-over the Key to company after completion of project. Mainly following tasks are carried out;
