• Accurately measuring and checking the quantity as per the provided the sub contract IR reports and AutoCAD file with excel update list.
• Prepare interim payment application to each months for billings.
• Making the cost proposal as per client required or Variation quantity exceed.
• Keeping the record measurement of the completed works and monitor the quantity as per agreement.
• Prepare financial statement for monthly reports.
• Measure and value the work done on site team with contractors whenever require in soft & hard copy.
• Maintain Proper Contractual records & follow-up system.
• Reviewing Tender documents, Specifications, Basis of Design and drawings and determine the scope of work and required contents for estimate.
• Interpreting & reviewing system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.
• Preparing Tender Technical queries to consultants / clients to confirm and collect any missing data and follow-up, Scope of work.
• Preparing BOQ Material take off on tender drawings.
• Sending RFQ enquires to supplier & sub-contractor and preparing cost comparative statements/ estimation.
• Preparing price analysis against all the items in the submittal B.O.Q.
• Build relationships and liaise with local & international suppliers and vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
• Calculate the cost of Material & Labour needed for the Project.
• Co-coordinating with other MEP discipline team members for completion of Tender Bid.
• Preparing of Costing sheet Summary & Detail Breakdown price for BOQ & Submitting the same to Tendering Manager.
• Preparation of Construction Budget for the Successful Tenders & handover the same to Project execution team.
• Maintain Proper Contractual records & follow-up system.
• Familiar to study the Architecture, Structure, GA, RCP etc. for preparation of shop drawing.
• Preparation & Submission of fire fighting & plumbing shop drawings to consultants & incorporating comments.
• Preparing MEP Builders work drawings.
• Preparing Sectional and detailed drawings for MEP Services.
• Preparing shaft coordination drawing with section.
• Preparing Schematic, Pump Room drawing with Section.
• Keeping a full and systematic record of all the files and updating the same.
• Maintain soft copies also and takes backup from time to time.
• Preparing MEP co-ordination drawings (Coordination of Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting & HVAC services)
• Enhancing my skills continuously by learning new skills of the trade.
• Maintaining good pace of work which is most important in drafting work.
• Reporting to Project Manager / Project Director.
• Prepare firefighting system drawings as per specifications and plans, including point-to-point piping diagrams, riser diagrams, and floor plans layouts.
• Prepare fire hydraulic drop calculations, load calculations for inclusion on system drawings or documentation.
• Maintain material and supplies required to complete the documentation and prepare purchase requisitions.
• Knowledge and fluent experience in AutoCAD for mechanical room Layout, ETS room details
• Capability to understand codes such as NFPA, NBC, TAC and the principles and practices of fire protection engineering.
• Capability to understand project specifications and drawings, determining system layout.
• Maintain project drawing files, and associated records and documentation
