Establish and update the Project Quality Plan and Quality Procedures and monitor the implementation.

Coordinate with site staff to identify non-conformance, issuing and closure of NCRs. Trend analysis, root cause analysis

Location/Project:
1. ASHGHAL Expressway Programme, Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor (Al
Bustan North Street)
Responsibilities:
✓ Prepare and update the Project Quality Plan and Quality
Procedures applicable for the construction services and monitor
the implementation of quality procedures.
✓ Arrange regular quality meetings with the main Contractor.
Prepare and issue the MOMs for meetings.
✓ Documents and records management
✓ Internal audits (within the organization)
✓ External audits (main contractor, subcontractors, subconsultants,
suppliers & other service providers)
✓ Coordinate Third Party or client / Authority’s audits
✓ Audit schedules, audit plans, audit reports, audit findings (CARs,
Observations, audit register updates. Follow up for closure of audit
findings.
✓ Assist QA manager to prepare the project staff quality training
schedule and organize the training workshops.
✓ Establish, implement & monitor internal key performance
indicators.
✓ Monitor and Review the main Contractor’s contractual key
performance indicators.
✓ Prepare and submit the monthly quality reports for client’s review.
Moreover, review the monthly quality reports of the Contractor.
✓ Participate in quality walks/visit at site. Prepare and submit the
quality walk reports and follow up the site observations if any.

✓ Coordinate with the project staff for issue and (or) closure of
project non-conformances, investigation of the root cause and
corrective actions and trend analysis.
✓ Preparation of Snag lists/ Punch lists and other handing over
requirements during closure phase.

1. ITPC (Iraq Telecom & Post Company) FTTX Project, Iraq

Responsibilities:
✓ Implementation of project quality plan and quality procedures and
ensure that the activities are carried out according to approved
specifications, Method statement and ITP.
✓ Maintain the project control record and documentation as per
project quality procedures

✓ Conducting audit for the contractor’s various departments
following project quality plan and ISO: 9001-2008.
✓ Review the Contractor’s QA/QC plan and agree on any revisions
with the Contractor prior to Commencement of the works.
✓ Conduct weekly meetings for ongoing quality issues at the project.
✓ Provides quality training to old and new staff.

Location/Project:
1. Warid USF (Universal Service Fund) Project, Multan, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
✓ Supervision of various site activities as shuttering, reinforcements,
concrete placement, to assure it as per approved drawing &
specifications of all the structures at different telecom sites.
✓ Quality control and quality assurance of construction works of
tower erection.
✓ Maintenance of resources according to the requirement.
✓ Dealing with the subcontractor and the client according to the
project contract.
✓ Verifying the invoices submitted by the subcontractors, as per
checklists and completion reports.
✓ Working on USF Warid project in Tribes areas (Remote areas).

Location/Project:
1. Tricon Corporate Center (High Rise Building), Lahore, Pakistan
2. Tricon Village (Housing Scheme), Lahore, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
✓ Perform testing involved for roads, concrete, steel, earthworks
and other construction materials involved at project as per
customer requirement and specifications.
✓ Verifying the invoices submitted by the contractors.
✓ To make an atmosphere of coordination between contractors,
subcontractors, and consultant.
✓ To take such measures and actions that assures the quality of
Material and services at the site.
✓ To check shuttering, reinforcements, concrete placement and all
types of joints, to assure it as per approved drawing &
specifications of all the structures
