1. Responsible for the manufacturing activities of Gaskets, Gland packing, Spiral Wound Gaskets and Die molded rings.
2. Responsible for the workforce and machineries.
3. Estimation for Material and resource Planning.
4. Plan and execute Installation and commissioning of new manufacturing and supporting facilities & Layout. Installed machineries for SPG manufacturing and ATOM CNC machine for Cut gaskets.
5. Preparation of Drawings & Design required for production of Special Profile Gaskets/Rings/Dies.
6. Providing Training for Work force in new installed facilities.
7. Monitoring and controlling routine activities and seeking chances for improvement.
8. Maintaining Safety Practices and policies of the company.
9. Documentation in compliance with International Standards (ISO 9001:2008).
Technical Roles
1. Preparation and Execution of Production Planning & Control.
2. Responsible for enhancing quality and safety in work by following the quality standards adopted for work.
3. With timely interventions, monitoring the production flow, mainly to reduce bottlenecks.
4. Responsible for coordinating with Purchase Dept. and Stores for Procurement and inventory control activities. Involved in Procurement technical visits to Supplier location.
5. Inspection and testing activities of work in process and finished goods & coordinating TPI’s.
1. Responsible for the construction activities such as repair works of petroleum Storage tanks.( Following API norms, 605)
2. Responsible for the Fabrication and erection of pipe lines ( ASME Section IX )
3. Experienced in equipment erections. (ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code)
4. Excellence in estimations required for tender, such as work quantification and material estimations for the job.
5. Monitoring and controlling the contractor’s activities.
6. Company safety practices were a routine responsibility.(OHSAS 18001:2007)
Technical Roles
1. Understanding and implying the design drawings and schemes required for construction.
2. With timely interventions, monitoring the contractors activities for the best of company interests.
3. Responsible for enhancing quality and safety in work by following the quality standards adopted for work.
4. Responsible for Procurement and Inventory control activities, Material issuance to Contractors etc( SAP Assisted)
5. Participated in Inspection & Testing activities of facility commissioning, in coordination with Inspection Team.
To assist Project Manager within the areas of strategic planning, procurement in a most economical manner, in compliance with established procurement procedures and policies while ensuring scheduled delivery of goods and execution of services
