Responsibilities :
• Inspection of All Materials.
• Follow ups with our suppliers in USA, UK, EUROPE CANADA & DUBAI through email and calls and making sure the requested materials to be delivered on time.
• Obtaining the good price from overseas suppliers & Manufacturers and also sharing the technical data sheets and catalogs with them and confirming that the material is as per the client specification,
• Comparing the different quotes from overseas suppliers, Agents & Manufacturers and quoting the best price.
• Checking SASO for the electrical items and obtaining the HS CODE from the suppliers and checking with the freight forwarders whether SASO required or not.
• Follow up with suppliers on Documents such as INVOICE, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN and PACKING LIST and make sure they are attested by chamber of commerce
• Arranging smooth clearance of the material through Freight Forwarders and making sure that the material is delivered to our client on time
• Checking the specifications of the material
• Evaluating the prices and quoting our clients.
• Handling critical issues and coming up with the right solutions.
• Talking to Procurement Department on Technical issues and resolving them as soon as possible
• Making regular visits to the clients for more inquiries and enquire there requirements
• Checking with clients about their products and requirements and always updating them with our product list and assuring them with the best service
• Attending meetings on critical issues such as Rejection of materials, Late Delivery, Material being Obsolete, and any other technical issue.
• Always try to Deliver the goods within the due date to Keep the KPI ratings good.
