Handling our camps department with a crew of 14 members, maintaining attendance records, checking the supplies of use water, drinking water, cooking gas, sewage water disposal, maintainence of the camp, arranging vehicle for the occupants to be hospitalised, arranging vehicle for airport pick up & drops, maintaining log books containing data for office works such as petty cash, employee details, inter camp purchases, & exit -re entry dates of employees on vacation. Following the standards of hygiene & cleanliness for the betterment of the occupants. Reporting to higher authorities via mailing each n every movement of the occupants by doing room inspection every morning and afternoon so that all the employees are on duty and not playing with company by staying in the rooms. Trying to run the camps operation and providing facilities room the occupants within the given budget. Running the camps operation in a smooth and sophisticated manner.
