Worked with SOS International, Mumbai in the capacity of a HR Manager reporting to the Chairman. The scope of work includes coordination with client from the time of receipt of manpower requirement until successful deployment. In addition, I am responsible for liaison with sub-agents, resourcing of candidates from various sources e.g. portals etc.

1) Al Yusr Townsend & Bottum Co. (AYTB) Jubail - Feb. 2013 - June 2013
AYTB is a leading contracting company engaged in engineering services to the Oil & Gas sector. It is also a service provider for fabrication works. My appointment was for the position of Contracts Administrator for Saudi Aramco-Total Refinery & Petrochemical Co. (SATORP) Project. The works included preparation and follow-up of contracts related to seven segments of the refinery works, i.e. Scaffolding, Insulation & Painting, Refractory, Heavy Lifting, Sand cleaning, Hydro-Jetting, Bolt Torquing/Bolt Tensioning and FRP & GRP related services.
2) Civil & Electro-Mechanical Construction Co. (CEMCCO) - 2008 - 2012

CEMCCO is a medium sized (with turnover of under U.S. $ 200 Million a year) contracting company based in Jeddah and it is involved in providing services related to civil, electro-mechanical and allied engineering works. My function was in the capacity of Head of Administration for Subcontracts & Document Control department reporting to the Director of Operations. The works included providing needful assistance in recruitment of qualified staff both technical and non-technical for the ongoing construction projects of the company, carrying out self correspondence with clients, conducting review of existing contractual documents, preparation of sub-contracts, follow-up of works on site, document control, liaison with Consultant and Client representatives on a daily basis, follow up of payments with clients and overall supervision of subcontract works (on a commercial and legal basis)
The company is a subsidiary of the reputed Nesma Holding Co., Jeddah. Based in Riyadh, Natel is involved in the telecom infrastructure services. From August 1995 until April 2008, I served the company in the capacity of Executive Assistant to the General Manager. The responsibilities included assisting the G.M. for day to day office routine works, providing assistance to the contracts and tendering department in reviewing and preparation of high-end bids (the largest bid being for the amount of U.S. $ 300 Million in the year 1998)
My responsibilities also included finalizing sub-contracts, preparing MOUs / NDAs / Joint Venture agreements with interested companies and following up the day to day works under subcontracts.
: 3: Apart from the above, I was actively involved in follow-up of payments from clients, providing needful assistance in recruitment of manpower for new projects and other administrative level works including project insurance etc.
I left Natel due to personal reasons.
Providing office management services to the G.M.O. together with liaison with other department heads. Reviewing new contracts, follow up of the same throughout the contractual period, over-seeing the contractual terms and conditions, maintaining Variation and Change Orders, liaise with subcontractors and service providers through the contract tenure.
3) National Telecommunications Co. Ltd., (Natel) 1995-2008

4) Saudi Pearls & Gold Factory - 1993 - 1995, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The factory was engaged in manufacturing and trading of gold. My function was to assist the Owner & General Manager of the company in the capacity of an Executive Assistant / Personal Secretary. The works included preparation of correspondence, purchase orders for import of raw gold, c.z. stones, pearls, chemical products required for the plant. The duties also included liaison with banks, suppliers and providing assistance to inter-department staff (production, sales and finance depts.)
4) Gulf Housing & Construction Co. (Qatar) - 1990 - 1993
The company was a 1st class Subcontractor to international construction companies such as Bechtel, Technip, Saipem, Fochi, Snamprogetti and others. As a Secretary to the General Manager, my function was to assist the G.M. office in preparation of correspondence, filing, general office routine works and liaison with inter-office managerial staff. Also, I involved in the preparation of the tender documents, bank guarantees and other commercial documentation. I left the company in May 1993 for better prospects.
5) Aga Khan Economic Planning Board (EPB) - Mumbai - 1988 - 1990
EPB is a NGO working for the betterment of the community. As a Secretary to the Chairman, my job responsibilities included preparation of correspondence, monthly reports, filing, preparation of minutes of meetings etc.
I left EPB in 1990 for work in the middle-east.
