The works included preparation and follow-up of contracts related to seven segments of the refinery works, i.e. Scaffolding, Insulation & Painting, Refractory, Heavy Lifting, Sand cleaning, Hydro-Jetting, Bolt Torquing/Bolt Tensioning and FRP & GRP related services.

My function was in the capacity of Head of Administration for Subcontracts & Document Control department reporting to the Director of Operations. The works included providing needful assistance in recruitment of qualified staff both technical and non-technical for the ongoing construction projects of the company, carrying out self correspondence with clients, conducting review of existing contractual documents, preparation of sub-contracts, follow-up of works on site, document control, liaison with Consultant and Client representatives on a daily basis, follow up of payments with clients and overall supervision of subcontract works (on a commercial and legal basis)

The responsibilities included assisting the G.M. for day to day office routine works, providing assistance to the contracts and tendering department in reviewing and preparation of high-end bids (the largest bid being for the amount of U.S. $ 300 Million in the year 1998)

My responsibilities also included finalizing sub-contracts, preparing MOUs / NDAs / Joint Venture agreements with interested companies and following up the day to day works under subcontracts.

I left Natel due to personal reasons.

Also, I involved in the preparation of the tender documents, bank guarantees and other commercial documentation. I left the company in May 1993 for better prospects.
