4. Responsible for managing and developing the sales team, applying different coaching and training programs making possible for each associate to reach his/her full potential in achieving superior sales results. Strengthen and leverage the skills and capability of the sales team members to win new customers, drive customer loyalty and referrals. Oversee compliance of sales associates, with established company policies and standards ensuring integrity and excellence in each action.
5. Establish improvement plans in order to solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency and productivity.
