Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to
generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build
relationships with key prospects
Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
in a professional and creative manner
Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a
tailored digital marketing proposal
Work closely with colleagues in Trade doublers to identify common new business
prospects and cross-sell integrated search and affiliate proposition
Achieve short and long term business and financial objectives, and to increase sales and market share while maintaining the margin expectations of the region.
Develop and execute the Business Plan and Marketing Plans for China and subsequently work on the execution of such agreed plans to align and maximize the respective marketing and sales efforts.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Drive “Request for quote” process with new prospects.
Open business development dialogs with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build a few large strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
•Educate doctors with medical devices and disposable products to promote hospitals needs for company products in different end uses.
•Work closely on tender of Govt & private hospitals.
•Work closely with government hospitals to promote ranges of products.
•Provide customers with application information and operation demonstration
•maintain detail database of prospects and customers, documented sales calls to facilitate follow-up
•Sell medical products (equipments, disposables).
•Develop businesses with Hospitals and promote medical products
•Coordinate with doctors and purchasers to develop business upon customer expectation.
•Achieve sales target and maximize gross profit margin and customer satisfaction.
•Contract detailing, negotiation, and finalization.

Managing Hyper Markets Accounts
Product Training to Customers Sales & Merchandising Staff
Visiting large accounts for product presentations, follow-ups, etc.
Studying and understanding the requirement of the customer and the positioning the product and providing the right solution for the customer
Achieve volume targets in line with plan objectives and profitability

Maintained strong follow-ups with pre-sales team to achieve targets
Analyzing non moving items and suggest clearing methods
Analyzing dealers’ stock, rotate non moving items and replenish the moving ones’
