• Assist and coordinate all IT and communication related activities of 3 NBB UAE branches/ Offices.
• Monitoring and Maintaining Infrastructure including Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems and ensuring AMC and SLA. Coordinate with IT HO team, vendors and ISP as required.
• Assist and Provide Technical support to branch staff, Resolve/escalate IT Issues related to infrastructure, hardware, software/Applications or training when necessary to business users in PC operations, Core Banking, Payment engine and all other IT & communication related queries.
• First level support for Application related issues faced by business user including Core Banking, Trade, and Operations etc. and escalate to vendor. Coordinate with vendor and Core Team for timely resolution. Ensuring UAT and production deployment of fixes.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices.
• Administration of users for Local application, onboarding, and off boarding of users.
• Ensuring timely closure of all service tickets and escalating incidents as required based on SLA.
• Implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to HO IT.
• Maintains systems, databases and scheduled back up.
• Maintains records and inventory of IT systems.
• Coordinate with CBUAE as and when required.
• Assist in project management as per requirement.
Training and internship in IT and Operations Department.
