Developing and managing organization policies which complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 internal & external audits.
Implementing and monitoring the functioning of integrated management system.
Reviewing and identifying best practices for ensuring continual improvement.
Actively involved in inspection and maintenance of all personal protective equipment, safety equipment’s, fire protection & prevention systems to ensure workplace safety.
Developing and updating site emergency response plans.
Conducting daily walkthroughs and in-depth site safety inspection to ensure risks are adequately controlled/eliminated, safety precautions are in place and to identify areas of improvement.
Ensuring statutory and legal compliances.
Successfully contributed to achieving client and internal QHSE KPI requirements.
Monitoring internal and external issues.
Performing SHEQ audits and ensuring closure of the audit observations.
Coordination with client on the implementation of standards and occupational risk control measures.
Identifying, evaluating, and controlling/preventing all kinds of risks and residual risks.
Periodic inspection of all hand & electrical tools, plant & machinery, scaffolding etc.
Submission of QHSE statistics report, weekly and monthly reports.
Examining all work permit activities.
Review of method of statement and preparation of risk assessments for all types of works.
Key role in accident-incident investigations and further corrective actions.
Training of employees of all levels as per QHSE training calendar.
Conducting safety meetings and developing safety culture amongst all staffs in the organization.
Conducting HSE inductions.
Conducting emergency evacuation drills.
Participation in CSR activities.
Implementing HSE initiatives.
Participation in EHS workshops conducted by the client and ensuring continuous improvement.
Implementation of environmental hazard control measures throughout the operations of the organization.
Implementing fire prevention strategies.
Attending weekly and monthly meetings with client and internal meetings.
Coordination with local authorities such as DCD, DM, Trakhees, DHCC, Dubai Police etc.
Maintain updated legal register.
Maintain, update & review of EHS tracker for each project.
Preparing benchmark reports for continuous improvement.
