1. Manage the laboratory functions, and ensure effective, timely and efficient performances and analysis
for maintaining company specifications and cost objectives.
2. Conduct standardized physical, chemical and microbiological tests for the raw material, in-process
products and finished goods.
3. Manage product sampling requirements and ensure the product meets required specifications
4. Monitor and record the required data while operating the filling machine to allow traceback of all
information if required.
5.Collection and evaluation of raw material, in-process, finished products and market return samples from
appropriate sources as per schedule.
6. Monitoring the Aseptic processing and ensure the Aseptic package integrity.
7. Advise production in the event of out of specification items and recommend modification

Conduct standardized tests for raw material.
* Maintaining the raw material and product release reports.
* Conduct monthly GMP audits and maintaining the records.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance of operational standards of hygiene, and housekeeping.
* Participate and support the quality audit process and drive necessary action.
* Routine package integrity test to ensure the safety of packaged products.
* Conduct organoleptic tests on food samples to assure that sensory parameters remain consistent.
* Conduct GMP and hygiene audits and maintain the records.
* Complete accurate and timely paper work to maintain the necessary records for quality parameters, food
safety standards and traceability.
* Ensure safe working practices are adopted in accordance with relevant health and safety and food
legislation.
* Monitoring waste handling and pest control services to ensure that factory remain waste and pest free.
