• Handle Budget and expenditure, ensure project deadlines are met
• Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other measurement information.

manpower, profitability, future demand forecast, as well as cost budget of that month.

• Ensure that working environment kept safe for both employees and visitors.
• Ensure Quality inspection done on the Raw material received and on the final product.
• Ensure all the process, operation is to be with minimal wastage of product, process, time and man-hours. Lean management is implemented and understood.
• Ensure 5S system of material and process arrangement.
• Supply chain management of material flowing from customer end and vice versa.
• Transportation planning of Inflow and Outflow material.
• Planning maintenance activities.
• As a fire warden ensure all the fire equipment's are ready to for use.
• Back office works include production report, Production, quality and safety documents, employee records/performance, PPE checklist.
• Conduct Internal Audits.
• Production meeting with manager and Department head on Monthly/weekly production status
and changes in control plan.
• FMEA and control plan Design and application.
• Preparation of documents such as SSW (safe system of work), SOP (Standard operation procedure), FMEA, Audit files, MSDS (Material safety datasheet)
• Use of application such as Oracle, MS office, EMS, WMS.
Production Planning according to the customer requirements for the week/day. Ensure Raw material, process parameters, work force, Preventive maintenance planned before the start of any project/process.
Training of employees on daily/weekly basis on HSE standards, fire action plan, and conducting toolbox talks.

• Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, evaluating process variables, observing process flow and equipment’s; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing better techniques; reporting procedures and systems; initiating a cooperation within and between the departments.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• Reporting results of the production flow to the Department head.
• Receiving and inspecting Refco delivered material in Mill finish, report for any damage, quality issues that can be visible even after processing to the concerned person.
• Production planning for Refco material daily wise to meet the customer material requirement.
• Maintaining quality of the products and process, Inspection of both Gulf Extrusion and Refco material before and after processing.
• Educating employees for any sort of change in normal jig points/New production Profiles raised by Refco.
• Awareness training to employees to prevent any sort of future possible rejections/Complaints.
• Following techniques and process to avoid or reduce Rejections.
• Strict Observation of all the process to be followed according to the control plan.

• As a member of HSE and being a fire warden, ensuring all the fire exit points are free for passage
▪ Managing a team to do the activities/Operation in cargo warehouse terminal.
▪ Inspecting the pallet received from a cargo aircraft, transferring the pallet to the terminal warehouse
through ALS (Automatic logistics system).
▪ Supervising the Breakdown of the pallet and subsequent warehousing, for further delivery to the
customer.
▪ Special handling in case of Dangerous goods/precious cargo/special cargo.
▪ Similarly, Buildup of cargo received from the customer side onto an aircraft pallet in specific
shapes/contour to match with the shape of the airline freighter in accordance to the load plan
submitted.
▪ Preparing documents for both build-up and Break-down operation for further operational needs.
▪ Coordination with the airline customers for specific cargo urgency/requirements.
▪ Coordinated with team members for completing the given cargo buildup and breakdown within the
flight schedule time, assigned tasks to the team members, managed documentation and
warehousing in addition to handling online updating both in DACS and WMS.
▪ Managed, distributed and monitored the movement of all materials between company locations and
client destinations, with due relevance to associated transportation logistics.
▪ Worked with multiple vendors and customers at the same time, controlling the order cycle, supervised the completion of all checks and documentation required by law, handled import/export
consignments through air, ocean, land freight and courier.
▪ Monitored and tracking the flow of consignments, coordinated with operations and other
departments for accurate and on time delivery.
▪ Coordinated with customers for collection and dispatch of goods, maintained stock lists for goods
received from customers via air and sea freight at all UAE ports.
▪ Ensured compliance with import/export regulations for all equipment and materials, managed
complete documentation for order processing and coordinated with clearing and forwarding agents.
▪ Handling of documents such as Cargo manifest, Airway bill, Invoice, Load plan, ULD (Unit load
devices) list.
