1)Receive booking orders from Maersk Line customers of NAM (North American) region through mail & EDI, Check the availability of equipment (Inventory report), space in vessel & the yield of the business provided (using bucket tool), and send the booking confirmation of the shipment to the customer by arrange pickup of empty container & Ensuring for all the documentation required for the cut-off time
2)Send haulage instructions to the container depot and dispatch team.
3)Check the status of gated- in container before and after the vessel sail ensuring all documentation for export received from customer’s timely. Cancel/Roll the bookings, if containers are not collected before the cut-off and notify customers accordingly.
4)Maintained a good functioning relationship with each customer by answering to each query and complaint regarding work-orders, shipments, invoices, in polite and professional manner.
