Ensuring maximum Management satisfaction by understanding their requirements and customizing the services accordingly
Material handling, analyzing & reporting to management for improvements & cost cutting
Supporting workshop for technical issues, identifying part no’s and overhauling process.
Create marketing plans geared toward end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets and within the budget.
Interaction with customers for various issues (Contracts, Quotations, Purchase orders)
Analyzing the customer requests and advising the right procedures to go further
Finalizing the day today transaction of the customer orders and reliable issues.
Following up for the outstanding payments from customers & reporting to Finance Dept.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports and summarize the transactions accordingly.
Carrying out various administrative tasks such as attending telephone calls, taking, messages, giving general information to callers, opening/registering/filtering incoming mail and e-mail to appropriate individuals and registering/sending of outgoing mails.
Find out and categorize customer Backorders and process the transaction when required.
