• Monitoring the new vehicles arrived from the dealers to ensure the vehicles are releasing to CRC in an appropriate manner for business requirements.
• Handling booking to the vehicles as per the Client’s request.
• Ability to handle customer and satisfy customer needs.
• Pushing the vehicles for Maintenance department which are due for service, Repair & Accident as per the Vehicle checklist.
• Pushing the vehicles for sales which were not fit for rentable condition.
• Sending the vehicles for registration renewal and follow-up.
• Coordinating the acquisition, management and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Forwarding the Buyback vehicles to Operations department which were purchased under BB contract as per the email from Purchase / Ops department.
• Managing day-to-day fleet operation activities.
• Supervising driver team ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards.
• HSE internal auditing to keep the vehicles compliant as per HSE standards.
• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Monitoring all vehicles movement.
• Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance data for fleet manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new/proprietary programs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Strong working relationship with Sales and Ops leadership teams.
• Interacting with customers to know the nature of their vehicles problems.
• Test driving vehicles with customers to understand the problems in vehicles.
• Preparing a list of problems, the estimates and the time taken to complete the repairs.
• Secure agreement from customers while taking over their vehicles for repairs.
• Advise customers on taking care of their vehicles totally trouble-free at zero-maintenance costs.
• In case of additional repairs informing the customers promptly.
• Delivering repaired vehicles to customers on time.
• Preparing a Repair / Service vehicles & customers detailed report to senior service manager at daily basis.
• Adhere to company safety standards, policies and procedures.
