Technical Recruiter and Mobilization Officer
Clients: ADNOC, ZADCO, ADGAS, GASCO, ADMA-OPCO, AL HOSN, TAKREER, FERTIL, Borouge Responsibilities as Technical Recruiter 
Bulk Hiring/Recruitment.
Managed full recruitment cycle process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer negotiation & on boarding for all blue and white collar positions.  Job posting & finding best match by utilizing LinkedIn recruiter, Bayt, oil and gas job search and many others.  Sourcing and mobilizing candidates from different countries, Europe, Asia, GCC etc.  Screening candidates CV as per the clients requirement  Scheduling Skype and face to face interview as per client availability and briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.  Attending interview with the line manager representing our agency.  Handling negotiations between candidates and clients regarding the package.  Preparing selection email to candidates and collecting the documents requested for the recruitment process  Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry  Participated and coordinated for campaigns and shutdown.  Generating monthly reports for Recruitment update to management.


Responsibilities as Employee Relation Officer:  Handled processing all kinds of post-recruitment manpower deployment formalities viz. visas, insurances, Emirates ID, CNIA/CICPA offshore security passes, offshore medical & visa medical, accommodation arrangements, letter of assistance (LOA) requests, salary A/C opening.  Preparing offer letter and employment contract of employees.  Preparing contract and agreements for the agencies and the client.  Providing required documents for purpose for visa stamping and other mobilization formalities .  Arranging transportation and accommodation for mobilized and demobilized  Handled cash flow related to visa issues up to AED 10, 000.00  Preparing weekly and monthly report and updating Employees Contact Information - master file.  Coordination of all PRO activities, this includes arranging and processing all the employee visas and cancellations.
 Arrange mobilization of new employee that includes visa, accommodation, transport, visa medical test (onshore and offshore), security pass and informing the candidate regarding formalities and coordinating with the PR department for the same.  Updating employee’s database and filing of contracts under every client.  Creating project plans and schedules and for Shutdown projects and executing plans accordingly.  Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future Shutdown and Short Term requirements.
