Overall Project management
Ensures achievement of plan and work quality. Manages high-impact, long
duration engineering initiatives and projects.
Provides specialized technical support and consulting services to his/her areas of
the organization.
Maintains release plans and material plans; drives programs to completion on
time and within budget.
Manages staffing, development and performance management programs for
his/her teams; manages, motivates, and develops project.
Explains key issues in implementing equipment and technology changes to a work
environment.
Reviews all planned changes and associated documentation; assesses potential
impact and risk.
Leads the change planning process involving all rel evant players.
Defines and publishes comprehensive change plans; incorporates into
contingency plans.
Oversees the development of change management standards and procedures.
Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of change
management systems.
Business development / business relations
Regularly perform critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks & highlights.
Tracking, updating & monitoring project schedule.
Ensure QHSE objectives defined for project management system for overall
implementation.
Ensure planning, scheduling & monitoring systems are being implemented on
projects.
Review of schedule to meet contractual requirements.
Raise flags for major schedule, Cost slippage and proposes measures to mitigate
the negative effect.
Study Cost & time impact due to any revision of schedule by the client or by the
project team itself.
Preparation of Plan for project.
Strong ability to assess, design and modify engineering and technical systems
Engineering Estimation and Planning of Man-hours for Proposals
Proposal preparation for new Projects.
Issuance of Project reports (Man hour analysis etc.).
Accumulates all financial & schedule reports for review.
Team development for proper implementation & completion of projects.
Data base & Proper documentation for whole project.
Tracking, updating & monitoring project schedule.
