Introducing NTI (New to institute) customers to the organization and enrolling them for various courses offered by the institute.
- Providing all the necessary information to the walk-in customers and opening their file in the RTA (Roads and transport authority)
- Answering frequent telephonic calls and giving needful information to the customers.
- Primary target of registering new customers who desire to have a valid driving license in UAE
- Scheduling training for the customers and managing their tests from the roads and transport authority ( RTA )
- Undertaking all the responsibilities of the branch and keeping all the records of the transactions done.
- Submitting regular sales reports to branch supervisor.
- Maintaining the monthly report of the branch instructor’s utilization and preparing their monthly salary sheets.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for managing business development.
- Formulate marketing plans based on consumer preference and driving volumes.
- Ensuring seamless flow of business operations by managing a variety of functional areas like sales operations & client servicing.
- Promoting products by seminars and explaining the benefits of the products and making regular customers.
-Keeping pricing knowledge of competing brands.
- Responsible for coordinating with existing dealers of the company.
- Making daily sales and call reports.
- Attending meetings and monthly closing at District Office.
- Provide best services by keeping the detailed information about the client and their requirements.
- Actively promote and sell products by developing and maintaining a positive relation with customers
- Taking order of the products from the dealers.
- Updating dealers about the change in the product price and the new product launch.
- Giving all the details of the company to the upcoming dealers and explaining them the policies for the dealership.
- Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / outstanding systems and procedures as per company policies.
- Making daily sales report.
