Undertaking all the activities related to the induction of new joinees in the organisation till their allocation to various groups.
Plan and execute suitable interventions to keep employee motivated
Planning and Coordinating Background verification of the new joinees through vendor support and assist EX-Employment verification.
Managing employee grievance/complaints
Managing the payroll and salary administration of the organisation in accordance with the law.
Manage the leave and insurance of the employee in harmony with the company policy.
Deal with the employee certificate issuance for various cases.
Co-ordination of Training programmes with respective trainers.
Analyse training effectiveness through consolidating feedback from trainees and their reporting officers at the end of each quarter.
Effective management of HR MIS and systems therein.
Planning and organising employee engagement programmes, employee cross functional activities, family and kids events.
Planning and managing the exit procedure of the employees including exit interview.
Supporting in internal and external HR audit
