The various responsibilities undertaken are:
* Supervision and monitoring of welding and fabrication activities in Yachts building and
repairing activities
* Weld visual inspection of fabricated materials
* Monitoring proper usage of weld consumable.
* Involved in welding of different variety of material like M S, CS, SS and Aluminium
* Handled welding by different welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW.
* Co-ordination with NDT activities like PT, MT

* Supervision of welding and hull fabrication is connected with aluminium and MS shipbuilding
activities
* Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and Electrode qualification tests
etc.
* Conducting welder qualification test according to ASME B31.3, Sec. IX
* Weld visual & Fit-up inspection of hull fabrication as per Procedure
* Coordinate with NDE & PWHT subcontractor to get the job done in time.
* Experience in performing MT, PT and UT job at site.
* Interpretation of Radiographs & review of NDE reports and get cleared from
contractor & company.
* Monitor welder performance on weekly basis and over all project repair rate
monthly basis.
* Monitoring calibration of Inspection, Measuring & Testing Equipments.
* Analyze the defects, identify the root causes and implement the corrective measures
for continual improvement.

* Supervision of welding in alumina hopper silo, stack, bagfilters, conditioning towers etc
connected with the EMAL Phase II project
* Conducting welding procedure qualification tests and Electrode qualification tests
etc.
* Front end and back end weld inspection
* Conducting welder qualification test
* Weld visual & Fit-up inspection of IR modules, bagfilters etc
* Coordinate with NDE inspection to get the job done in time.
* Experience in performing MT, PT and UT job at site.
* Interpretation of Radiographs & review of NDE reports and get cleared from
contractor & company.
* Monitoring calibration of Equipments
The various responsibilities undertaken are:
* Supervision of welding and fabrication connected with offshore supply vessels and
Aircraft Carrier building activities
* Stage wise inspection of welds joints.
* Submitting NDT Procedure to client.
* Quality control supervision & NDT Inspections like visual, & Liquid Penetrant Testing.
* Schedule for weekly and monthly target.
* Onsite co-ordination and monitoring to get the job in time.
* Preparation of weekly and Monthly Quality Reports, maintaining Quality Records and
submission of Final QC inspection
Certified Welding Inspector (AWS-CWI) ASNT Level-II Radiography Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
