Experience on NOC & Switch:
Knowledge of Siemens HIE 9200, HiG1200, Hie1800, Huawei UGC and UMG .Signaling Link & Trunk & TG Creation and deletion and troubleshooting.
Hardware knowledge of HIE 9200 and I Manager Huawei UGC and UMG.
Various Units like MCP, MDD, IOPUNI, IOPTA handling and troubleshooting.
MGW & PCU (Aries & Netra) troubleshooting and LMG Creation in SSW and MGW.
Sun Solaris platform of PCU.
Aries Server ILOM and Hypervisor platform for HDD reboot, Patch Loading, version upgrade and installation.
NCD server check and Clock quality.
SSW, MGW, PCU, components connectivity in network.
Carrier and Circle level interactions for Trunk Groups
IP details check of MGWs (Siemens and Huawei) for ROUTER and L2 Switch issue and VLAN Connectivity's with NGN Transmission team.
Knowledge of Protocols like SIP, SNMP, BGP, RIP, H.248, VRRP Protocol.
Knowledge SIP Communication among the SSW through PCUs.
Experience on NOC & Transmission:
Good experience on ECI NMS V 4.2.2, V5, V6 and BG-EMS version 11, 12.1, 13.1.
Hands on experience in VERAZ DCME and VERIENT from Transmission NMS side.
Monitoring and understanding of Huawei 8800, 6800.
Ethernet Services provisioning and troubleshooting.
NMS troubleshooting and support.
Creation of cross-connections in NMS and mapping of (TU-12, TUG-2, TUG-3).
Planning of card insertion in respective locations in ECI MUX.
Ethernet Activities WAN shifting, IPLC latency and trouble shooting.
Router and switch port trouble shooting from transmission end.
