•Administrator: Entering taken orders into our spesific system, then handling them to our logistic personnel to reserve them.
•Secretary: Welcoming customers, answering calls, handling catalogues, filing, ...etc..
•Logistics: Reserving the ready-made orders and processing shop orders by printing the required papers.
