-The main attraction of VITRA furniture from Switzerland to be cover area of Office, Hospitality, Home, Retail sectors.
- Meeting with top designers, Architects, Corporate clients to introduce about our brands.
-Dealing with top furniture brands like VITRA, FLEXFORM, BOS1964, OFIFRAN, PEDRALI,
ARTEK, INCLASS, LAMM, FIGUERAS ...Etc
-To arrange the mock-up and required documents to our valuable clients.
-To collect tender documents, attend the tender meeting and to prepare the quotation as per their product specification.
- To arrange the meeting with new supplier and work with them on project basis.
• Dealing with European and Malaysian brands
(Styloffice, Italy, Mobellinea, Spain & Bristol, Malaysia)
• Introduce our brands and presentation to the client.
• Focus on corporate clients as well as tenders.
• Manage furniture projects from start to finish
• Working closely with sales, customers, manufacturers & suppliers
• Space planning, design, specification & quoting
• Provide the presentation of fit-out works as well as furniture to the client
• Coordinating delivery & installation.
• Managing customer accounts in order to fulfil sales targets
• Preparing quotations based on budgeted criteria
• Preparing all the materials required for meetings with customers
• Preparing daily-weekly plans and reports
• Approaching new clients and follow up the current client List.
• Coordinating with the Logistics department regarding the goods delivery.

Sales and distribution of various Aujan Brands Rani, Barbican, vimto and hani.
Visit all the customers on weekly basis according to the journey plan.
Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Meeting sales targets
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends.
Arranging the cooler and merchandising the products.
Effectively monitor market requirements and hence introduce new range of products.
Stocked and maintained product display on basis of FIFO
Carry out activities appropriately in season to increase sales and sell.
Assuring stock delivery on time to the stores and to the warehouse.
Read and implemented a plan-a-gram

cross checking items by line number; maintaining back stock; keeping stock rotated,
