* Terminal Automation System (TAS) Project at HPCL Bahadurgarh Terminal,
Raipur IRD, Lucknow IRD, Secunderabad Terminal & HPCL Guntakal Depot.
Status: Tender under Technical Evaluation
Bahadurgarh Terminal is the one of the biggest HPCL terminal in India & largest in
North India. The terminal is a tap off terminal in Mundra-Delhi Pipeline.Raipur IRD &
Lucknow IRD are HPCL’s largest terminals in the states of Chattisgarh & Uttar
Pradesh respectively. Secunderabad Terminal & Guntakal Depot as among the largest
Terminal/Depots in the states of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh respectively.
Completed the design & engineering, schedule of quantities, cost estimates & public
tender preparation & floating. Scope of job includes Process & Safety Automation of
Gantry, Control room, Tank Farm, Product pumps, MIS reports & JDE-ERP interface.
* Terminal Automation System & Safety System (TAS) Project at HPCL Haldia
terminal, Durgapur IRD & Barauni Depot: (INR 34.3 Cr) Status: Under Execution
Haldia Terminal & Durgapur IRD are among the major locations of HPCL in East Zone
feeding Oil requirement of West Bengal state. Barauni Depot is feeding eastern region
of Bihar state. Single handedly managed design & engineering, schedule of quantities
& cost estimations, preparation of specification & public tender, evaluation of bidders,
documentation approvals, Factory acceptance tests, complete project management &
execution, vendor payments. Contractor manpower management for effective
utilization & time saving, close coordination with all internal & external stakeholders.
Scope of job includes Process & Safety Automation of Gantry, Control room, Tank
Farm, Product pumps, MIS reports & JDE-ERP interface.

* Terminal Automation System & Safety System (TAS) Project at HPCL Budge
Budge(Kolkata) Terminal, Bokaro Depot & Kadapa Depot.(INR 22Cr) Status:
Completed
HPCL has carried out major revamping in Budge Budge terminal & constructed state
of the art depots at Bokaro(Jharkhand) & Kadapa(Andhra Pradesh). Depot’s &
terminals were completely automated for operations. Completely managed the
project & site execution,
close coordination with all stakeholders, all vendor payments & projects closure.
Scope of job included Process & Safety Automation of Gantry, Control room, Tank
Farm, Product pumps, MIS reports & JDE-ERP interface. The Automation System at all
these three locations was inspected by Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD), A
Technical Directorate under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government
of India & were given excellent comments by the visiting Auditors.
* Terminal Automation System (TAS) Project at HPCL Bathinda Depot & HPCL
Akola Depot, HPCL Raipur Depot & HPCL Lucknow Terminal.(INR 10 Cr) Status:
Completed
HPCL Bathinda is largest HPCL depot in the state of Punjab feeding supplies to Punjab
& Himachal Pradesh. HPCL Akola is in the state of Maharashtra. HPCL Raipur & HPCL
Lucknow in states of Chattisgarh & Uttar Pradesh respectively. Automation system
was installed & commissioned at new gantries & allied facilities at these locations.
Completely carried out project management & site execution, contractor
management, vendor payments, Site acceptance tests & project closure. Scope of job
includes Process Automation of Gantry, Control room, Product pumps, MIS reports &
JDE-ERP interface.
