Performing Variance Analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting related to US and Mexico projects.
· Client profitability calculation and analysis - Modified Client margin, FTE Allocations and use of Account
Profitability Tool
· Monitor and analyse project write ups/write downs running in Mexico and US.
· Perform budget & rolling forecast analysis for projects in US and Mexico.
· Perform monthly Utilization report for service line / Service area under US India Consulting.
· Monitor revenue Leakage (Project discount %), with unbilled hours weekly/ periodically.
· Implement project financial processes utilizing firm financial management tools and supporting spread
sheet creation.
· Expense Audit - Monitor project expenditures (time and expense) and ensure compliance as per firm
policies.
· Perform financial reconciliations between charged vs. policy & requirements and conduct variance analysis.
· Manage the project (ATB) billing & receivable process for member firm Clients.
· Extraction of various reports related to utilization, headcount, revenue or expenses using SAP

· Working in a cross cultural environment with people of different nationalities and regular interaction on
calls with the teams sitting abroad in different continents
