Units Handled: 350 KM Gas Pipeline 56-inch &30”, Scraper launcher & Receiver, Metering Skid, Black powder filtration system, Gas drum, UW & PW tank, Burn-Pit etc…
Project Role: Lead Engineer -Process
• Attending the technical clarification meeting & Kick off meeting with client / Vendor.
• Coordinating with interdisciplines to make sure there is no miss out in Scope and any interface.
• Providing technical inputs & engineering support to team throughout the project.
• Review the consultant drawings, calculation, De- pressuration report etc.. and submit to the client for approval.
• Review Pipeline steady state analysis for single and multiphase system(PIPESIM)
• Review P&ID, datasheet, Design basis, Contol philosophy and incorporating the design changes as per Client site requirment at site.
• Prepare the Red Line Mark-up as per site condition.
• Review of As-biult drawings.
Field Support for commissioning
• Identification of systems and Sub-Systems for Pre-commissioning & Commissioning.
• Involed in Trouble shooting for Multi-discpline and takeup to the MCC completion.
• Working as a overall incharge for all the discplline to complete the ELI points and takeup to pre-Commissioning activities.
• Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review
• To co-ordinate with Construction team and mobilization and demobilization of vendor innvolvement for Pre-commissioning activites.
• Co-oridinate with Client for procedure approval and tracking and handover scheduling for final document.
Units Handled: Wells & Clusters (Oil, WAG & Water injection wells), Gathering Station (Oil gathering, Water injection & Gas injection network), Pipelines, Central processing facilities, TEG Package, Slug Catcher, and Gas Compressor Package.
