and services to be rendered by the suppliers to guarantee that they are effective, offering

- Presentation of financial reports on amounts and balances of current accounts whether
with banks or on the customers, as well as balances of balance sheet, position analysis and
submission of proposals to top management.
- Planning and proposing the financial and administrative policies, abiding by the
approved ones, supervising the execution of financial programs and accounting system
and financial procedures, and issuing the financial reports.
- Continuous communicating with and coordinating between directors of company’s
departments, for controlling the application validity of financial policies and procedures,
cooperating with them on solving the financial problems, focusing on the performance
quality and strengthening the firm’s relationship with the customers and suppliers and
short-term and long-term finance sources, namely banks and others.
- Preparing and supervising the development of documentary and book systems of
company, replacing the manual system by computerized accounting one, and managing
and directing the financial department’s staff, to make sure of their having the adequate
amount of motivation, incentives, training and carrying out their duties according the
required criteria.

- Preparing the feasibility studies for group land transport inside Cairo, Helwan and 6th October governorates so that group transport lines inside and among the governorates which are put out to tenders by the public transport authority in 2006

Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting,
budgeting
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
