• I am in charge of all administrative, industrial and production departments
• I am responsible for all inspection procedures, recruitment, salaries, and enforcement of laws and regulations in the factory.
• I am the direct supervisor of the mechanical and electrical maintenance workshops.
• Certification of all purchase orders, such as buying aspirators, maintenance tools, and work clothes.
• Direct supervision of the operations of loading and unloading products and maintenance of large machinery and Vehicles.
• Responsible for determining the quantities of fuel to be spent on cars and large vehicles.
• Guidance on renewal of foreign residency permits and ticket reservations.
• Assist in the coordination of staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment in coordination with recruitment team
• Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions as requested by recruitment team. Writing, and placing job adverts for all permanent positions as directed by the HR manager or requested by the recruitment team.
