•Managing and giving final decision for all the aspect in regards to CG department.
•Preparing the monthly sales forecast for all Section's Managers (Beverage, DPH, Grocery and OPSS).
•Controlling and supervising on every Section Manager about planning the strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly budget for :
-Turnover
-Margin
-Waste
-Shrinkage
-Stock
-Rebates & Fees
-Staff cost
-MA items OOS
•Monitoring the HO map implementation of G1, G2, G3, G4, GH's and FD.
•Monitoring the proper performance of daily AOP (Automatic Order Proposal)
•Monitoring the following of Carrefour Standard Management
•Making the performance Appraisal for every Section Manager.
•Preparing and discussing the monthly Finance Performance for whole department with the General Manager, attaching with comments and action plan.
•For the quarterly inventory, prepare the map, overall controlling, validating the correction.
•Communicating with HO regarding any issue relates to the department.
•Following the Weekly Duty Manager schedule (for all DH & SM)
•Validating all staff & SM's vacations, Time in Lieu, sanctions, HRA, . . etc.
•Validating in store promotions, price mark down, force price, exception orders, . . etc.
•Preparing the schedule of staff training needs, in coordinating with Business Cycle & HR.
