• Set Company Policies & Processes.
• Improve customer experience.
• Direct responsible for 6 Team Leaders.
• Set and Apply the Action plans through the Organization.
• Process Making (Continuity Plans, Step-out Plans..)
• Weekly & Monthly Analysis.
• Arrange for new comers interviews.
• Deploying new information through Briefing Systems.
• Active and Live Call Coaching.
• Arranging events.
• Coordinating with Supporting Departments.
Managing a team of about 15 headcounts to get the best performance overall from attendance to KPI's and quality reporting.
• Customer Serves.
• Selling Products.
• Telemarketing .
• Marketing the new products through bank branches.
• Account Management.
• Arrange Customer’s Portfolios in Takaful Shares
• Contacting Customers to Explain the New Products
• Closing Deals with New Agents.
• Expand the Group Business within Local Range.
It was 5 grades certification system along with final exam I scored 3.5 in my area and passed the final exam with "very good" ranking
