Scope of Work
Analyze and manage Payroll section issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise level. In addition to solving all deficiencies for ERP systems (Oracle software) 30 k employees.
Role:
• Process and post journal records for accounting.
• Ensure accuracy, analysis, and timeliness, as well as compliance with GAAP prerequisites, making use of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Oracle modules
• Work on reconciliation of accounts, audits and analysis of operational data every month to guarantee accuracy
• Carry out research and process pension report for a yearly, monthly, and biweekly basis.
• Staff recovery charge accounts reconciliation.
• Bank reconciliation for salary section payments and salary return
• Preparing the final payroll with all components of salaries and ensuring its accuracy by comparing it with the standard payroll
• Applying all kinds of deductions for absences, loans, disbursement of incentives, rewards and ticket allowances in accordance with the applicable laws.
• Providing support to all employee inquiries and solving problems of new hires, hired and terminated employee
• Cooperation with all financial departments to obtain the financial position of the institution
• Review payroll (JV-PV-AR) .
• Preparing and reviewing end-of-service transactions and making sure that all salaries have been paid and deductions applied
• Dealing with Internal and external auditor
• Preparing summary salary reports for senior management and analyzing them on a monthly basis
• Collaboration with human resources and law enforcement.
• Payroll budget
• Suggest fresh ideas to the management in aspects such as organizing modification structure for personnel.
Role:
• Implementing Vat from A to Z
• Participation in making decisions as per financial statement
• Manufacturing and manufacturing costs (standard and actual)
• Payroll.
• Bank reconciliation, Receivable, Payable, Income Statement, trial balance & balance sheet and cash flow
• Control stock of raw materials and partial production and fully production
Preparation of detailed budgets for the business unit / projects, as per the guide lines and budget
layouts from management.
Summarize budgets with Pro-forma income statements, Cash Flow forecasts to forecast future
profitability options.
Ensure timely financial reporting along the lines of budgets with budgetary control.
Comparison of Standard or Budget with actual and analysis of Variances and report to Finance manager
Experience in updating all daily accounting & inventory transactions in manual & computerized
environment.
Experience in all Cash, Bank, Payroll, Fixed Assets, AR and AP transactions.
Reconciliation and Control Accounts, Banks, Branches, Subsidiaries, Supplier and customer statements.
Record, monitor and control of all Letter of Credits and Bank Guarantees.
Preparation of Operating Income statements and Cost sheets of Projects or products
Preparation Zakat account
Preparation of partners account & intercompany accounts
Balance sheet & change of owners equity statement
Consolidate financial statements
Analysis of Financial Ratios.
Liaison with external auditor.
Aging analysis and Credit control.
Report to general manager and help management in making decision.
Bachelor degree in (Accounting-Finance)-ACCOUNTING-FINANCE MANAGEMENT-BUDGETING
