Responsible of
▪ Leading a small team that maintain, upgrade and support different vendor or in-
house developed remote channels applications as VBM, Call center Altitude,
Puffin Message Hub & SMS gateway, Reconciliation, IBM MQ and OpenText.
▪ Oversee the coordination with other IT functions on installation, maintenance
and support provided to ensure that all remote channels applications are
running effectively and securely.
▪ Business requirements analysis and scoping in desired system.
▪ Implementing approved systems support and development policies, processes,
procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence.
Responsible of
▪ Maintain, upgrade and support different systems as Ripple, Pay-hub and Reconciliation.
▪ Gathering and analyzing business requirements for implementation in desired
system.
Responsible of
▪ Maintain, upgrade and support different payments and gateways systems like
KECCS, swift, AML, reconciliation applications
▪ Participate in projects as IT lead for implementing solutions like Ripple, KNPS,
MasterSent
▪ Support and administrate Progressoft Payhub system as payment gateway and
routing system
design, develop and maintain software applications and systems
Responsible of
▪ IP network allocation
▪ Firewall exception policies implementation
▪ Load balancer configurations and troubleshooting
▪ Enterprise network troubleshooting
I studied in the United State of America at University of Missouri Columbia. Relevant coursework: Microprocessor Engineering Algorithm design I, II, III Computer Organization Intro to Computational Intelligent Object Oriented programing Embedded Computing I, II Software Engineering.
