-Prepare and review payroll entries, taxes on salaries, VAT and NSSF for payment and other accounting documents
-Review and sign all sales invoices
-Review and control all inventories transactions. Follow procedures and carry out all relevant transactions in order to enter all goods into stock (following an integrated system)
-Deal and liaise with both, the external auditors and the inspectors of the Ministry of Finance
-Prepare all end of year reports, trial balances and balance sheets
-Maintain all legal documents
-Handle and control financial data and reports (official journal, inventory, ) of the company’s automated financial system
-Maintain direct correspondence with suppliers and follow up on all statements of payment
