1- Fabrication stage:
· Responsible for ensuring implementation and adherence to the Quality Control Systems and Standards and
project specifications.
· Prepare the ITP (inspection test plan), inspection procedures and final manufacture data book to comply with
the client specifications.
· Follow up with the NCR (NON-CONFORMANCE REPOT) issuance for any deviation of the project specifications.
· Facilitate process owners for establishing their delivery processes and procedures.
· Provide performance data as requested for reporting purposes for subcontractors/Suppliers performance
which takes the business forward.
· Responsible for supervision, controlling of Inspection activities at work shop according to client specifications,
industry standards.
· Participate with QC Inspectors to conduct inspection of steel structures fabrication.
· Take structured decisions based on experience of subject matter regarding the client inspection requirements,
inspection procedure, ITP, standards, selection of the third party for training or inspection.

Scheduling of steel structure projects using primavera p6 and Orion system
· Reviewing client Drawings for any comments can be discussed,
· Following up Material status and shop drawings for every Project,
· Prepare monthly fabrication plan and distribute the load at the workshop.
· Participate in preparation of Planning & Cost control management framework including systems,
processes, & procedures.
· Participate in preparation, updating and propagation of Project Execution Instructions covering
planning, progress measurement guidelines, estimating, budgeting and cost control, invoicing & change
control, and progress reporting, for application in projects during engineering, procurement and
construction phases to facilitate building of highly reliable, safe and cost effective industrial facilities.
· Contribute so that Total Project Cost is prepared /updated against all projects estimates, for controlling
and monitoring the details of the actual commitment, expenditures, trends and forecast in comparison to
the approved budget.
· Involve in Monitor the review and analyze of Projects Schedule and Cost status, highlight variance/issues
in schedule and cost, critical path and provide recommendations for effective mitigation.
· Involve in Monitor the review and analysis of Contractor's Schedule, highlight issues and give
recommendations for effective resolutions with Contractors.
· Completely review the contractor's schedule to ensure all requirements are fulfilled for smooth running.
· Review, consolidate and prepare comments on Contractor's monthly progress report.
· Coordinate so that projects detailed schedule is resource & cost loaded for all project.
· Participate in review of project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours in conjunction with planning
on monthly basis
· Coordinate to integrate of work, schedule and cost using a work breakdown structure (WBS)
· Monitoring of man-hours, machineries and materials utilized on projects against the original Plan.
· Monitor of projects' achievement of key milestones against the original plan.
· Provide regular analysis of work progress, resource utilization and milestone achievement in forecasting
of impacts on project completion.
