1-UTILITY LNG PLANT MANAGER:

• Manage Power generation systems (gas turbines frame 5), PMS (power management systems)
and electrical distribution systems ENMCS ( Electrical Network monitoring and Control system) and coordinate all utility activities related to the new LNG plant.

• Manage4 teams working on shifts, in order to ensure operating of utility equipment’s, facilities and systems,

2-UTILITYJOB LEADER COMMISSIONING AND START UP

• Utility Job leader commissioning and start up facilities, equipment and system related
to new LNG train.
• Ensures the operation of facilities approved in accordance to the operating
Procedures and safety standards. (PTW, LOTO;PPE, ….) and ensure that project equipment and Installations are safe to use

3-ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR ENGINEER POSITION

- Supervision of the electrical activities related to LNG facilities, equipment’s and systems.
- Verification of compliance of electrical work undertaken in accordance to existing:
Standards and specifications, to plans and diagrams, to the scope of the contract;

- Participation in various tests of commissioning and startup of
Electrical equipment’s; cables, transformers, switchgear, motors, UPS, emergency, Systems, protection relays, including electrical substations ( HVAC, lighting, CCTV..)…etc.;

- Testing mechanical completions, provisional and final, lifting points reservations.

4-LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER IN TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT:

Leads a team of engineers responsible for:
• Preparation of specifications for new the new investment projects,
• Approvals of engineering documents related to new investment projects.
• Preparing procedures facilities, studies of changes, to establish the diagnosis and thorough analysis stops accidental triggering facilities and make recommendations.
• Monitoring of operating parameters of electrical installations and equipment’s, control Systems, digital control, PLC....;
• Ensure compliance with norms, standards and safety regulations.

5-MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER POSITION:

•Ensure the availability, reliability and operation continuity of all electrical equipment’s, Facilities and systemsin the LNG plant, in accordance to procedures, codes and standards,
During:

-The normal operating of the LNG train,
- Theprogrammed shutdown of the LNG train;
- The shutdown (trip),

Establishment of diagnosis following a trip or malfunction, is generally based on information’s collected from operators, or displayed on different protection relays which illustrate the changing or fluctuations parameters of operation of the machine (trends, curves, values, chronology of events time ...)

Analysis of information’s on the basis of document, the settings of references or point instructions, knowledge of the process, technical background ( experience)...

To Prevent failures, Thorough diagnosis was often done using thermography 'infrared, analyzes transformer oils( DGA..), current fluctuations'' harmonic'' ... etc.
Assessing the impact of trip and dysfunction on integrities machines and equipments;

•Participate in preparing preventive maintenance schedule related to all electrical equipment’s Facilities And systems, such as motors, transformers, switchgears, earthing protection circuits;

Ensure preventive maintenance activities (transformers, motors, switchgears, UPS…, ) according to planning and participate in preparing of five years maintenance.

Ensure that procedures and safety rules are respected and applied according to HSE requirements. (PTW, LOTO, …Use of PPE..).

• To be informed of the availability of necessary maintenance spare part in Warehouse;

Conduct and Document ( RCFA) Root Cause Failure Analyses on all Electrical Equipment Failures.

• To troubleshoot problems, identify reasons and recommend remedial actions to ensure that maintenance services are provided safety, availability and efficiently.
