Responsibilities
Management staff within operational business unit
Staff turnover analysis, proper allocation of staff to positions and structure
Ensuring that acceptable standards of behavior at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by client’s code of ethics

Providing basic security training to the new arriving guards

Regular visit to all the existing sites to ensure the guards performance as per client’s requirement, their grooming standards, and ensure the smooth functioning and required work standards according to the company policy.
Handling clients grievances and solve amicably according to the situation.
Visiting the staff camp and organizing regular meetings with guards and camp in-charge to inquire if there is any issue at staff accommodation and arrange refresher training sessions time to time.
Interacting with other departments (HR, Admin, & Accounts) regarding guards related issues and other infrastructure.
