Responsibilities
Management staff within operational business unit
Staff turnover analysis, proper allocation of staff to positions and structure
Ensuring that acceptable standards of behavior at work are maintained by all subordinate employees, as required by client’s code of ethics
Ensuring that all disciplinary actions are conducted in compliance with Company policies and procedures
Management of business development function
Identifying new business opportunities in the region’s sphere of operations
Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with operational management where appropriate, to market Security Solutions.
Conduct/arrange site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solution to meet customer needs.
Prepare and submit sales proposals/tenders to prospective customers. Where necessary, prepare and conduct sales presentation
Management of the budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure
Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial
Management principles and continual review of appropriate management information reports (e.g., Profit & Loss, Job Profitability, budgeting, collections, etc.).

Managing day to day security operations
Regular dealing with clients, responding their inquiries, requirements and handling complains.
Deployment of guards/staff for the new projects
Conducting surveys for the new sites regarding new contracts as required systematically at clients places.
Providing basic security training to the new arriving guards
Visiting along with General Manager to the potential clients for new business
Preparing Quotations, proposals and service agreements for the new and existing clients
Regular visit to all the existing sites to ensure the guards performance as per client’s requirement, their grooming standards, and ensure the smooth functioning and required work standards according to the company policy.
Handling clients grievances and solve amicably according to the situation.
Visiting the staff camp and organizing regular meetings with guards and camp in-charge to inquire if there is any issue at staff accommodation and arrange refresher training sessions time to time.
Interacting with other departments (HR, Admin, & Accounts) regarding guards related issues and other infrastructure.
Follow up submitting invoices and collecting payments from the clients.
Dealing with vendors /subcontractors for purchasing different stuff related to security guard
Coordination with Securities Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA)attending their meetings on regular basis and ensure to implement the updated rules & regulations.

• Coordination with DPS (Dubai Police - Department of Protective System), attending DPS meetings on regular basis and ensure to implement the updated rules & regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service to the customers under his / her share of customers
• Support and assist Business Manager to achieve branch objectives and effectively manage the branch operations. Keep BM advised on all operational activities of the branch paying special attention to customer complaints, satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
• Supervise the operations team. Resolve day to day issues of the Operations Team and ensuring timely completions of assigned tasks.
• Utilize the team of Patrolling Supervisors for Quality Control at all sites by providing daily list of sites to be covered to the day and night shift PSVs.
• Assist the BM with HSE responsibility of the branch.
