Sets the manpower planning in liaison with the Department Heads according to their needs
Identifies different recruitment resources e.g. Employment Fairs, agencies, e-recruitment, referrals
Conducts HR interviews and ensures targeting the competent calibers within a greed on lead time
Make selection recommendation for departmental management
Administers relevant tests for the short listed candidates
Receives and ensures completion of employment papers for new hires
Makes a monthly induction for the new hired candidates
Conducts Retention Meetings for new comers to ensure Employees satisfaction
Conducts Exit Interviews and prepares turnover analysis
Maintains all Staff & Mangers Filling Systems according to ADWIA and Quality procedures e.g. statutory requirements are met in each file, updated personnel change status in relative files
Prepares a job analysis and updates the job description
Supports Compensation and Benefits Section with recommended salaries for the new hires
Monitors the company Headcounts e.g. Transactions, internal Transfer, and promotions
Updates the Organization Charts according to any updates like promotions or reallocations
Provides recommendations to the Organization & Development Section regarding succession plans
Updates the Local Work Instructions and process mapping for the Recruitment Activities. .. New Project
Support the other HR functions
Maintain the company image
Identify different resources e.g. walk-Ins, Recruitment campaigns, or job fairs
Ability to work in all departments of human resources (Employment Affairs & Human Resource Information System (HRIS)& PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL &COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT & training & life insurance & health insurance & Payroll& .......etc).
